This study aims to determine the effect of health services on patient satisfaction of KIS participants at the BerkahHospital,PandeglangRegency.This research uses quantitative research methods. Where the number of research samples used were 30 employees. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires to all members of the respondent.Based on the results of hypothesis testing, provided that if tcount>ttable, the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of the SPSS v.21 study, the results obtained were 5,600> 2,042, with a significance level of 0,000 (0,000 <0.05), it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between health services on patient satisfaction with KIS participants at the Berkah Hospital, Pandeglang Regency. While the correlation value of 0.727 or 72.7% in the interpretation table, the correlation coefficient of this number is in the range between 0.60 - 0.799 and has a strong level of influence, meaning that if the quality of health services is carried out with good standard operating procedures, patient satisfaction of KIS participants will be. increased too.Based on the results of significance testing, provided that if Fcount>Ftable then the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of the SPSS v.16 study, the results obtained were 31,365> 2,042, thus H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that there was a significant influence between health services on patient satisfaction of KIS participants at the Berkah Hospital, Pandeglang Regency.
