Abstract

Strategy is a plan that is deliberately made to achieve an effective and optimal goal. The government as a state institution which is tasked with serving and being the executor in providing welfare and prosperity to its people needs to have a good strategy. Whether the government's implementation of its work program is good or bad depends on how good and relevant its strategy is. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative, meaning that the data used can be obtained through direct interviews, then observation and documentation. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for local governments, especially in Pandeglang Regency, in developing tourist village innovations in their region.
