The definition of public service as stated in the Decree of the Minister for Administrative Reform Number Kep / KEP / M.PAN7 / 2003 is all forms of public service activities carried out by government agencies at the central, regional and within the BUMN / BUMD environment in the form of (provision or provision). ) goods and or services, both in the context of efforts to meet the needs of the community and in the context of implementing the provisions of laws and regulations. Meanwhile, Prime Service in the public sector still has procedures used in public services, with the following aspects: Simplicity, Clarity and Certainty, Security, Openness, Efficient, Economical, Equitable Justice, Timeliness. Responding to this, the researcher is interested in analyzing the Public Administration Service in the Context of Realizing Excellent Service in Babakan Kalanganyar Village, Pandeglang District. Action research with a qualitative approach, while the method of preparation is descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews and observations with the Head of the Village, the Secretary of the Village, the Head and Staff, as well as the RW / RT and the community as informants.
