Abstract

Abstract

The government's role in creating an inclusive and participatory investment climate is crucial for fostering sustainable and equitable economic growth in the region. Through this study, the author analyzes the steps taken by the Central Java provincial government to mobilize community participation in investment decision-making and identifies the associated successes, challenges, and opportunities. This article employs a descriptive research method by gathering data through literature review and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The analysis reveals that the Central Java provincial government has implemented various strategies to promote community participation, such as establishing public consultation forums, developing investment education programs, and involving communities in investment oversight processes. Additionally, the government strives to strengthen collaboration with the private sector and enhance transparency and accountability in investment management. In conclusion, this article highlights the importance of the government's role in promoting community participation in investment management in Central Java. By implementing appropriate strategies, the government can create an inclusive investment climate, empower communities, and drive sustainable economic growth in the region.
