Optimalisasi Pelayanan E-KTP Guna Meningkatkan Validitas Data Kependudukan Di Kecamatan Majasari Kabupaten Pandeglang

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the Optimization of e-KTP Services to Increase the Validity of Population Data in Majasari District, Pandeglang Regency. This study aims to find out (1) How is the service for making e-KTP in Majasari District. (2) What are the obstacles faced in optimizing e-KTP services in Majasari District (3) What are the efforts to overcome these obstacles. Qualitative method is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, namely data collection is carried out in a combined, inductive data analysis, with qualitative research results emphasizing meaning rather than generalization. The results showed that optimizing the e-KTP service in order to increase the validity of population data in the Majasari sub-district, Pandeglang Regency, had been going well but not yet maximized because there were still many obstacles and more efforts had to be made in optimizing its implementation.
