Abstract

Abstract

Public information control strategy that can increase the positive perception of investors in Central Java. Investor perceptions of a region are very important in determining their investment decisions. Dissemination of public information can affect investors' perceptions, both positively and negatively. Therefore, an effective public information control strategy is needed to strengthen positive perceptions and encourage investment in Central Java. This study uses qualitative methods and literature methods by involving interviews with actors in Central Java. The results of this study indicate that there are several strategies for controlling public information that can increase positive perceptions of investors in Central Java. Local governments need to adopt a proactive approach in disseminating relevant and accurate information about investment potential in their area. This can be done through mass media, official websites and special promotional events. Providing clear and reliable information through seminars, workshops and investment education programs can help reduce uncertainty and increase investor confidence.
