Abstract

The implementation Of a P2WKSS program is a program from Women’s Empowerment ministry for improving to the role of  woman in development starting from Family environment also to realize and developing a healthy, prosperous and happy family with woman as an activator. This program performed to accelerate poverty reduction in Serang District particularly for poor villages. This research was intended to analyze the implementation of the P2WKSS program in Serang and to identify the support factor as well to inhibit in the implementation of the program so that can discover what the problem is. The research methods was used is a qualitative research by a descriptive approach. Implementation P2WKSS programs in the Sindangmangu village Taktakan sub district has successfully implemented properly and also been achieved according to its intended purpose that is improvement in the various development fields. But in its implementation there are still some obstacles such as the commitment of each sector. The recommendation can be implemented to enhance roles, synergy, coordination and implemented commitment.
