The general objective of this research is to gain knowledge and conduct scientific studies on the implementation of employee performance appraisal on structural promotion at the Mining and Energy Office of Pandeglangs Regency and to find out the effect of these two variables. In particular, the purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the effectiveness level of the implementation of performance appraisals, promotion of structural positions at the Mining and Energy Office of Pandeglang Regency.
