Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study that the authors found were related to the Family Hope Program in the Juhut Village area. This assistance program has not been evenly distributed. The results of the field evaluation show that not all poor households receive this program, even though very poor households meet PKH requirements. This was possible due to changes in the standard of living of the economy from the time of collecting data to the time the aid program was announced.
