COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) IN THE HEALTH FIELD IN SUKARAJA VILLAGE, WARUNGGUNUNG DISTRICT, LEBAK-BANTEN DISTRICT

Development is a useful change towards a social and economic system that is decided as the will of a nation. The success of the implementation of human resource development (HR) as a spirit is very dependent on the role of the government and community participation, both of which must be able to synergize in carrying out development. So that every development carried out according to the needs of the community. Indonesia is a country with the fourth largest population in the world. On the other hand, this population explosion occurred due to the very high rate of population growth. To provide a decent living for every citizen, the government is promoting the Kampung KB (Family Planning) program, but its management is not optimal. For example, the conditions in Ciloa Village, Pengasih Pasir Village, and Kaso Village for management are not yet optimal. There is still a lack of human resources in managing the KB (Family Planning) village program, limited facilities and infrastructure to support the KB (Family Planning) village program, low government support from the budget side, less than optimal inter-sectoral coordination. Research and research results show that it is not optimal, and the right strategy to implement is to collaborate with other relevant agencies to concentrate on improving the quality of community resources, evaluate management program policies with related parties, hold meetings with community leaders. Research suggestions so that the strategy is more optimal is to increase cooperation and coordination with the central, provincial, and district governments in programs to improve community welfare.
