The basic idea of ??community service is based on the problematic situation faced by partners, namely regarding the administration of the village general office. Community service activities are carried out in the form of knowledge sharing with an andragogy approach. This research was conducted with a qualitative method where after interviews with resource persons through purposive sampling techniques and in-depth observations by looking at the condition of the Bojongcae village office, problems were found, namely the absence of an organizational structure for village officials, documentation of the village head's profile from the beginning of the village to the current village head and the information table about the village of Bojongcae makes it difficult to obtain information about the village apparatus, and the archives/corresponding documents are not well-organized, making it difficult to find the archives needed. The solution offered is to provide counseling related to the general administration of the village office to the village government and village community institutions, especially the RT and RW of Bojongcae village as an effort to optimize the general administration of the Bojongcae village office.
