Abstract

This study aims to determine Efforts to Increase Volunteer Work Morale through Providing Welfare at the UPT of the Education and Culture Office of Banjar District. The data analysis in this study was direct interviews with office staff. Based on the results of the research that the welfare of voluntary workers should be further enhanced by their morale. With high morale, they can contribute to the smooth implementation of employee duties, where with the welfare of employees, employees can develop careers based on work performance. Because without good welfare, work productivity will not work in accordance with the desires and goals achieved, welfare is very important for Volunteer Workers employees, including welfare in the form of material and non-material, the more prosperous employees are, the more enthusiastic they work. Each government agency is not only expected to be able and skilled in work but also to have a high work spirit to achieve maximum results.
