This study discusses how the waste services provided by the Department of Human Settlements and Sanitation in Pandeglang Regency and evaluates what has been done by involving the community as appraisers. The method used is a survey, a study conducted on large and small populations, but the data studied are sample data taken from the population. Meanwhile, sampling using non-probability sampling technique by accidental sampling, ie anyone who coincidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, if deemed suitable as a data source. This study found that the quality of service which includes the performance of officers and the completeness of facilities and infrastructure by DCKPRK is in accordance with what is expected by the community. Strengthened by two indicators 1) the assessment of DCKPRK's ability to provide service, seen from the continuum line used for value measurement, that the 1939 value lies in the 1800-2400 interval, namely between doubt and agree. This means that the DCKPRK service shows good 2) the assessment of infrastructure, seen from the continuum line used to measure the value that the 1895 value lies in the 1800-2400 interval, which is between doubt and agree. This means that the facilities and infrastructure used by DCKPRK to carry out their duties are good.
