This type of research uses quantitative data, instrument testing with validity, reliability, and regression testing. The population in this study were employees and the research sample was 40 people with a saturated sample technique with a total sample of 40 employees. The effect of Variable X1 (Work Environment) on Variable Y (Quality of Service) is indicated by a simple linear regression equation Y = 5.054 + 0.258X, which is significant, namely the value of Fcount = 4.97 which is greater than Ftable = 4.09. The value of r2 is 0.763, which means that the variation of changes in the value of the dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the independent variable (X) of 76.3% and the rest is influenced by other variables such as work ethic, environment and others.
