Abstract

The Central Java Province is one of the largest province  in Java Island. Astronomically, Central Java Province is located at 5° 40´ - 8° 30´ South Latitude (LS) and between 108° 30´ - 111° 30´ East Longitude (BT) and is included in the Karimunjawa Islands. Geographically, Central Java Province is located between East Java and West Java Provinces, directly curved by the Java Sea in the north and directly independent with the DIY Province and the Indian Ocean in the south. Central Java Province has an administrative area of ??29 districts, 6 cities, 573 sub-districts, 750 urban villages and 7,809 village areas. Has a wide area coverage of 32,800.69 k. The purpose of this study is to increase understanding of the importance of government responsibility in handling investment conflicts in Central Java. To find out the efforts made by the Central Java government to increase its responsiveness in handling investment conflicts. To analyze the level of responsibility for public complaint services for investments in Central Java which are experiencing setbacks that have problem constraints that cannot be expensive. The result of the research is that the management of the governmental conflict is very open. There are always obstacles to the problem. The first key is the level of how regional leadership deals with this conflict as the root of all success so that the conflict is resolved. Investment management opens up the field of concepts from the private sector, so the government must be fair to private and public investors, especially in terms of purchasing land in the local community in accordance with the stipulated Constitution.
