Bureaucratic ethics plays an important role in increasing investor confidence in Central Java province. At the same time, investor confidence is a key factor in regional economic growth. This study aims to analyze the relationship between bureaucratic ethics and investor confidence in Central Java province, as well as to identify factors that influence bureaucratic ethics that can increase investor confidence. This research uses a qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews with government officials, investors, and other related parties in Central Java province. The results of the study show that strong bureaucratic ethics is a key factor in building and maintaining investor confidence. Good bureaucratic ethics is reflected in the principles of transparency, accountability, fairness and professionalism. In addition, consistent government commitment and policy support were also found to play an important role in creating a conducive business environment.
