INOVASI PEMERINTAH DESA BANDUNG DALAM UPAYA PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM INOVASI DESA

Abstract

Currently, most villages cannot manage their funds to create benefits for the community. Therefore, a program was initiated, namely the Village Innovation Program to encourage local governments to be more creative and innovative in developing local potential which can facilitate village development and benefit the community as a whole. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Village Innovation Program in Bandung Village, Banjar District, Pandeglang Regency. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive survey research style using observation, interviews, and documentation. The Village Innovation Program aims to create a village submerged in community empowerment dedicated to three main goals. The main objective of the Village Innovation Program is to promote economic development in the area, promote entrepreneurship, and increase the local workforce.
