Village welfare will be an effect multiplier on the progress of the buffer zone of an area where in the end there are no more poor people in the village and the difference in welfare levels between villages and cities. This is what the author will examine with the above background by taking the research title "Participation Community in Tourism Village Development in Kadubungbang Village, Cimanuk District, Pandeglang Regency ”. From some of the above explanations, the writer gives the research focus according to the title that the writer chooses, namely; (1) Level of Community Participation in Tourism Village Development in Kadubungbang Village, Cimanuk District, Pandeglang Regency, and (2) steps to optimize Tourism Village Development in Kadubungbang Village, Cimanuk District, Pandeglang Regency. Description is a research method that aims to describe in detail certain social phenomena. Descriptive research can also be identified as research that is limited to an attempt to reveal a problem or situation or event where there is a reality so that it is only to reveal facts (fact discovery). Qualitative research methods that produce descriptive analysis data, namely what is stated in writing or orally as well as real, thorough and organized behavior is a complete atmosphere, so qualitative descriptive research case studies lead to a detailed description and deepening of the portrait of the conditions about what actually happens according to what it is in the field of study.
