IMPLEMENTATION OF MONOGRAPHIC INFORMATION DISCLOSURE IN KABAYAN SUB-DISTRICT, PANDEGLANG DISTRICT, PANDEGLANG REGENCY

Abstract

Undang-Undang No. 14/2008 on Public Information Disclosure (KIP) makes it mandatory for government institutions, government agencies, and public bodies to fulfil the public's right to public information. The public's right to public information is a fundamental human right and has been guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Monographic Public Information Disclosure at the Kabayan Village Office. The background of this research is that Monographs at the Kabayan Village Office are still using old data or have not been updated, so that some people who need information from public bodies have difficulty obtaining public information for various reasons. the method used is a research method with a qualitative approach. The data obtained by interviews and documentary data analysis and then analysed by descriptive analysis method.
